SVP, Strategy and Business Development
Nick has over 20 years of corporate finance and M&A experience. He has worked with multiple companies across the middle market landscape, with a focus on the healthcare industry, and has a track record of serving as a trusted advisor to his clients and other market participants. His experience includes advising boards and senior management of public and private companies as well as entrepreneurs on strategic alternatives, market activity and industry trends.
Prior to joining TriRx, Mr. Cirignano held positions as Managing Director at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC and Senior Associate at Standard & Poor’s Financial Services. As the senior leader driving Strategy and Business Development for TriRx, he is continually evaluating the pharmaceutical landscape to help shape the future of TriRx. Nick holds an undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University
